A Gainesville couple lived with raw clay and patchy sod for six years before calling us. We designed the whole property — retaining walls, planting beds, irrigation, path lighting — in a single coordinated plan.
The client had two requests: don't kill the lake view, and make the front of the house actually look like someone lives there. We started with grading, ran irrigation, sequenced new beds with native and Southern staples, then capped the project with a low-voltage path-lighting plan so the entry reads from the driveway at night.
